NOTICE REGARDING SAFETY EQUIPMENT: The flatland3d e-skate glove has been designed and tested to reduce the risk of a specific type of injury sustained during typical skateboarding falls. They are not to be used for any other purposes including, but not limited to: performing highly dangerous stunts, subjecting them to extreme impact, or using them for any commercial applications whatsoever. While every effort has been made to ensure that our products meet your reasonable satisfaction, we cannot guarantee that our products will protect you in all circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Customs, Duties & Taxes): Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; flatland3d has no control over these charges, nor can flatland3d predict what they may be. flatland3d is unable to mark shipments as gifts or adjust declared values on international shipments. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Note: Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record (recipient) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

WARRANTY: flatland3d offers a 12 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. flatland3d will make the final judgement at their discretion to whether any damage qualifies as a defect, or is normal wear and tear. If it is determined a defect exists, flatland3d will repair or replace the damaged part free of charge, within a reasonable amount of time. RETURN POLICY: Should you decide to return your purchase, flatland3d will accept returns on unused products for a full refund. Use the same packaging, or repack the items carefully to avoid shipping damage, and send them our way. Once we receive the items, we will refund the full purchase price and the original shipping charge. The customer is responsible for return shipping. E-SKATE GLOVE SIZING GUARANTEE: In most cases, our sizing chart will help you select the proper size for your hands. The E-Skate Gloves should fit snug (but not uncomfortably tight) everywhere, including around the palm and through the fingers. If you receive your gloves and the size doesn’t seem just right, please let us know. If we determine you need a different size, we can send you a prepaid return shipping label, and exchange for the proper size, at no cost to you.
